Outline

The Building Sustainable System for Resilience and Innovation in Coastal Community (BRICC) project (2021-2026) aims for safety and sustainable Indonesia coastal development. The project consists of four themes.

1. Coastal monitoring
   • Development of monitoring techniques for coastal hydrodynamics, sandy beaches and mangrove forests
2. Multi-hazard assessment
   • Development of methods and assessment for waves, tsunamis and floods
3. Nature-based solution/Eco-Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR)
   • Development of disaster mitigation functions of mangroves and sandy beaches against natural hazards combining grey infrastructure
4. Build an integrated platform for technology
   • Establishment of environmental education and eco-tourism to promote maintenance of green infrastructure, systematization of evacuation planning and education in the hinterland, and consensus building methods based on these methods.

Major target sites are Bali, Ambon and the East Kalimantan

本プロジェクトではインドネシアの沿岸部保全に関する技術開発を目標に，以下の４項目について検討します．

1. インドネシア沿岸部の波浪観測技術の移転、砂浜およびマングローブ林のモニタリング技術の開
2. 波浪、津波および洪水に対するマルチハザード評価手法の構築
3. 波浪、津波、洪水に対するマングローブ・砂浜による減災機能の評価と人工構造物を組み合わせた最適な減災機能・経済価値の定量化
4. グリーンインフラの維持管理を進めるための環境教育・エコツーリズムの確立、背後地地域への避難計画および教育の体系化、それらを基にした合意形成手法を確立する

これら4つの課題を組み合わせて自然順応的沿岸防御技術に対する統合プラットフォームを構築します。メインのサイトはバリ島，アンボン，カリマンタン島東海岸です．

Proyek Building Sustainable System for Resilience and Innovation in Coastal Community (BRICC) project (2021-2026) bertujuan untuk empat hal berikut ini untuk pengembangan pesisir Indonesia

1. Pemantauan pesisir
   • Pengembangan teknik pemantauan hidrodinamika pesisir, pantai berpasir, dan hutan bakau
2. Mengembangkan penilaian multi-bahaya
   • Pengembangan metode dan penilaian untuk gelombang, tsunami dan banjir
3. Solusi berbasis alam/Pengurangan Risiko Bencana (PRB)
   • Pengembangan fungsi mitigasi bencana mangrove dan pantai berpasir terhadap bahaya alam yang menggabungkan infrastruktur abu-abu
4. Membangun platform terpadu untuk teknologi
   • Pembentukan pendidikan lingkungan dan ekowisata untuk mempromosikan pemeliharaan infrastruktur hijau, sistematisasi perencanaan evakuasi dan pendidikan di pedalaman, dan metode pembangunan konsensus berdasarkan metode-metode ini.

Lokasi utama adalah Bali, Ambon dan pantai timur Kalimantan.
